How do I request a consultation? +
Use our online consultation request form or call us on 064 530 9035 or 076 312 4974 during office hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00). We will confirm your appointment and advise what documents to bring.
What should I bring to my first consultation? +
Bring your ID, any relevant contracts, court papers, correspondence, medical reports (for injury claims), and a brief written summary of your matter. Additional documents may be requested depending on your case type.
Do you handle RAF and PRASA claims? +
Yes. We assist clients with Road Accident Fund claims and claims against PRASA for injuries on rail services or at stations. Strict time limits apply — contact us as soon as possible after an incident.
How are legal fees structured? +
Fees depend on the nature and complexity of your matter. We discuss costs upfront at consultation, including hourly rates, fixed fees where appropriate, and contingency arrangements for qualifying personal injury matters.
Can you represent me at the CCMA or Labour Court? +
Yes. We represent employees and employers in unfair dismissal and unfair labour practice disputes at the CCMA, Bargaining Councils, and Labour Court where applicable.
Do you draft wills and administer estates? +
Yes. We draft and review wills and assist executors and beneficiaries with deceased estate reporting and administration at the Master of the High Court.
